I am Lucie Fohle Ifola, a faith-driven entrepreneur with a deep passion for teaching and training. With an MBA in strategic management, I have developed a solid expertise in supporting entrepreneurs through my current position in a tech hub, where I work as a trainer and monitoring and evaluation officer. In parallel, I have gained valuable experience as a part-time teacher, which has enriched my understanding of learning dynamics and strengthened my ability to effectively transmit knowledge.

For me, teaching and training are essential, as they allow to transfer valuable knowledge and help others discover and exploit their unique potential. I am convinced that everyone has their own destiny, and that it is sometimes possible to get lost along the way. My goal is to guide learners by sharing the experiences and knowledge I have acquired, in order to help them find their way and achieve their professional and personal aspirations.
